The 2025 Employee Wellness Retreat of the SCC Labor Union Concluded Successfully: “Mind – Body Relaxation and Team Empowerment”
To truly enhance employees’ sense of well – being and belonging, the SCC Labor Union recently meticulously planned and organized the 2025 employee wellness retreat in two batches. Centered around the theme of “Mind – Body Relaxation and Team Empowerment,” the retreat offered immersive healing experiences and fun team – building activities, creating an invigorating “Energy Recharge Journey” for employees.
On the first day of the event, the group arrived at Hong Xiuquan Park in Huadu. Strolling through the park with its lush greenery and colorful flowers, employees got close to nature, breathed in fresh air, admired the elegant scenery of the Lingnan garden, and gradually relaxed their tense nerves amidst the landscape.
Later, the team checked into the Meilin Lake Hot Spring Hotel in Qingyuan and began their hot spring healing session in the steamy mist, washing away fatigue and gearing up for the next day’s activities.
Early the next morning, a team – building activity with the theme of “Collaboration, Laughter, and Breakthrough” kicked off in full swing. Through group challenges and fun games, employees got closer to each other amidst laughter, and team cohesion gradually strengthened.
In the afternoon, the group headed to Pufeng Ecological Orchard for a mulberry – picking activity. Under the sun, employees wandered through the orchard, enjoying the picking process, and the joy of harvest and the gifts of nature combined to create unforgettable memories.
During this two – day, one – night wellness retreat, employees truly felt the company’s meticulous care and concern. From the itinerary arrangement to the daily details, the labor union put in great effort to ensure that employees could fully relax. Everyone said that this retreat was like a “recharging journey” that left them full of energy.
After the event, employees returned to work full of joy and moved by the experience. They vowed to turn the company’s care into motivation and work with even greater enthusiasm, united in their efforts to achieve the company’s 2025 strategic goals. This wellness retreat not only gave employees a “reset” but also added a warm touch to the hard – working journey of SCC employees, helping the company move steadily forward on the path of high – quality development.
