Exciting News! SCC Paint Successfully Approved to Establish “Guangdong Provincial Doctoral Workstation”
Recently, SCC Paint has been granted approval to establish a “Guangdong Provincial Doctoral Workstation,” marking a significant breakthrough in its high-end talent recruitment, cultivation, and scientific research platform development. This milestone underscores the company’s enhanced innovation capabilities and industrial competitiveness.
The Guangdong Provincial Doctoral Workstation is an innovative platform for doctoral talent management and services in Guangdong. Its primary functions include attracting and aggregating doctoral and postdoctoral talents, serving as a “talent reservoir,” and providing services such as scientific research support, project application assistance, institutional guarantees, and networking opportunities. The workstation also facilitates industry-university-research collaboration to help small and medium-sized tech enterprises tackle technical challenges, acting as a base for talent incubation and research achievement transformation. Additionally, it supports rural revitalization by encouraging doctoral and postdoctoral researchers to contribute to technological services in rural areas.
