[SCC PAINT] Served as the first council member of the Automobile and Rail Transit Coatings Professional Committee and the third council member of the Automobile Surface New Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance
On November 18, 2024, the 3rd Automotive Materials Alliance and the 1st Members’ Meeting of the Asia Coatings Alliance Automotive and Rail Transit Coatings Committee were grandly held at the newly completed Hualan International Conference Center in Qingyuan National High-tech Zone. More than 230 experts and scholars from 17 universities and research institutes, representatives of coatings industry enterprises and institutions from 16 provinces, cities and districts across the country, and media representatives attended the meeting.

Lin Weiwen, general manager of Qingyuan Shichuang Coatings Technology Co., Ltd., was elected as the new chairman. In his speech, Lin Weiwen first thanked everyone for their trust and said that the Automotive Materials Alliance and the Automotive and Rail Transit Coatings Committee will focus on the purpose of innovation, collaboration, green and sharing, with “forward-looking forums, practical training, pioneering inspections, mutual exchanges, research salons, and meticulous services” as the working ideas, take the needs of enterprises as the starting point, strengthen service awareness, build high-quality platforms; absorb high-quality members, strengthen the team; take the alliance and the various platforms of the committee as the basis and support, perform duties and spare no effort to serve the majority of members and promote the development of the coatings industry. And hope that with the joint efforts of colleagues in the board of directors, establish the idea of ”same way, common benefit, and heart”, make the alliance and the committee better and better, let enterprises recognize, and let the society be satisfied.
