The fragrance of zongzi welcomes the Dragon Boat Festival, and children’s joy fills the air to celebrate Children’s Day. When the traditional festival coincides with the joyous Children’s Day, it’s bound to be a wonderful and happy encounter. To promote traditional Chinese culture and enhance parent – child emotional communication, the SCC Labor Union organized the “Fun – filled Dragon Boat Festival and Joyful Children’s Day” all – out Dragon Boat Festival event, an endless – fun parent – child activity for employees.

To delve deeper into the historical origins, cultural connotations, and traditional customs of the Dragon Boat Festival and to inherit and promote excellent traditional Chinese culture, SCC led its employees on an exploration of the charm of Dragon Boat Festival culture through fun and interactive activities.
Children’s Day Parent – Child Performances by Employees
The event venue was filled with a happy and warm atmosphere. The wonderful performances by the children instantly enlivened the entire venue. The dynamic music, along with the youthful and charming images, showed off the children’s unique talents. The diverse forms of performances left everyone dazzled.
DIY Parent – Child Handicraft Activities for Employees
As each exquisitely made DIY wormwood hammer and Dragon Boat Festival hand – fan was completed, the event not only provided a platform for parent – child families to participate and grow together but also helped traditional culture take root in the hearts of children. It achieved a perfect blend of the traditional festival and modern childhood fun, leaving wonderful memories for this special occasion.
During this “Fun – filled Dragon Boat Festival and Joyful Children’s Day” double – festival event, SCC warmed every “SCC family” in a special way. The carefully prepared “Festival Care Package” not only conveyed care for employees but also held high hopes for the “second – generation SCC members.” Through the parent – child handicraft activities, the company culture was naturally passed down amidst laughter. When the little hands of the children held their parents’ big hands, what we saw was not just a heartwarming family scene but also a vivid demonstration of the company’s cohesion.
