Designed for new shop technicians and beginners in paint mixing, the program built upon a proven standardized teaching system, adopting a model of “theoretical lectures + real-scenario practice + one-on-one tutoring + final evaluations.” All courses were rooted in real shop working scenarios, rejecting empty theory and focusing on practical paint mixing techniques that can be directly applied on the job.
